I rented 4 bikes from TMA Moto Care Manali through Hire N Ride — 2 Royal Enfield Himalayan 411s and 2 Himalayan 450s. Unfortunately, my experience with the bike rental shop was quite disappointing. From the beginning, the bikes were not in the condition we expected. One of the Himalayan 411s had a slightly bent handlebar, and the tyres were also not in good condition. When we requested the staff to properly service and check the bike, their response was that the bike was fine and could be used without any issues. The Himalayan 450 also had a rear indicator that was not functioning properly. It was fixed very loosely and did not even have proper wiring. Despite pointing this out, we were again told to take the bike and that nothing would happen. The staff's communication throughout the process was very unfriendly and, at times, aggressive. They were not supportive when we raised genuine concerns about the condition of the bikes. Instead of properly addressing the issues, we were simply told to take the bikes and continue with our trip. Another disappointment was regarding the tyres. We were promised tubeless tyres through Hire N Ride, but we ended up receiving bikes with tube-type tyres. For a long-distance ride in the mountains, this is an important factor and should have been communicated clearly beforehand. The biggest issue came when we returned the bikes. We were charged extra for the handlebar bend and the indicator issue, even though we had already pointed out these problems before taking the bikes. We do not feel it was fair to charge us for pre-existing issues that we had informed them about at the time of pickup. I would like to mention that Hire N Ride was supportive and helped us when we needed assistance. However, despite their support, we were not satisfied with the bike rental shop itself, particularly with the condition of the bikes, staff behaviour, lack of support, and the additional charges for pre-existing issues. If you are renting a bike from this shop, I strongly recommend thoroughly checking the bike, tyres, indicators, handlebar, wiring and overall condition before accepting it. Take photos and videos of everything before starting your ride.

The ride was fun and the host was friendly the bike looked great but I got a different model. It still ran well.
