These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Hire N Ride's website and vehicle rental services. Choose a section below for customer or host terms by vehicle type.
1. Customer Terms & Conditions for Two Wheeler
Terms that apply to customers when booking bikes, scooters, and other two-wheeler rentals.
Term 1
🚫 No Triple Riding
For your safety and to comply with traffic laws, triple riding is strictly prohibited. Please ensure the number of riders does not exceed the legal limit of the vehicle.
Term 2
🛑 Avoid Continuous Braking on Slopes
While riding on steep roads or downhill slopes, avoid using continuous full brakes. Excessive braking can overheat the braking system and reduce braking efficiency.
👉 Use:
- Controlled braking
- Engine braking whenever possible
This helps maintain better control and safety on mountain roads.
Term 3
💸 Traffic Fines & Challans
Any traffic challans, fines, or penalties during your booking period will be the rider’s responsibility.
⚠️ If unpaid, the challan amount may be deducted directly from your security deposit.
Term 4
⛽ Fuel Policy
Fuel expenses during the trip must be borne by the customer.
❌ Any extra fuel remaining in the vehicle at the time of return will not be refundable.
Term 5
🔧 Vehicle Care & Damages
Please ride responsibly and treat the vehicle with care.
⚠️ Any damage caused due to:
- Negligence
- Rash riding
- Misuse of the vehicle
may result in repair charges being deducted from the security deposit.
Term 6
🏔️ Ride Safe on Mountain Roads
Mountain roads require extra attention and responsible riding.
✅ Please:
- Ride within speed limits
- Maintain safe distance
- Avoid sudden braking or aggressive turns
- Wear helmets at all times
