3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid government-issued identification
• Possess a valid driver's license or equivalent
• Have the ability to safely operate a motorcycle

4. Booking and Reservations

Booking terms and conditions:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Bookings are non-transferable

5. Rental Policy

During the rental period, you agree to:

• Return the bike in the same condition as received
• Use the bike only for lawful purposes
• Not exceed the maximum passenger capacity
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Report any accidents or damage immediately

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before rental: Full refund
• Cancellations made 12-24 hours before rental: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before rental: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

7. Liability and Insurance

Hire N Ride provides basic insurance coverage for all rentals. However, you are responsible for any damage, loss, or injury that occurs during the rental period. We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance coverage for comprehensive protection.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Racing or participating in competitive events
• Off-road riding or use on unpaved surfaces
• Carrying hazardous materials
• Modifying or tampering with the bike
• Allowing unauthorized persons to operate the bike
