- Delivery is available only within the city limits of our service locations.
- Outstation deliveries may include additional charges.
- Our team will confirm delivery eligibility before finalizing your booking.
2Delivery Timelines
Our goal is to deliver your rental bike promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as demand, location, and weather conditions.
- Deliveries are typically completed within 1–2 hours of booking confirmation.
- Peak-hour or high-demand situations may cause minor delays.
- You will be notified via SMS or email once the bike is en route.
3Pickup & Return Policy
Customers can choose to have bikes picked up and dropped off at their preferred locations, subject to availability. Please ensure that the pickup and return addresses are accurate to avoid service delays.
4Delays or Rescheduling
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unexpected situations such as traffic, weather, or technical issues may cause delays. In such cases:

- You may request to reschedule your booking at no extra charge.
- Refunds or credits will be considered if delays exceed 3 hours.
